A disastrous management and a totally hopeless customer service.\nI had been working with them for a while and the experience so far had been good, but since they changed owners (or name), the service has fallen to absolute rock bottom. It's impossible to manage a insurance company any worse these days.\nThe current situation is bordering on the absurd. The phone service is hopeless: you call and it feels like you are talking to a wall, because they ignore your requests and don't show any signs of life. If you ask for a quote or information about a new insurance policy, they very kindly tell you that they will look into it, but it takes an entire month (or more) and you still get the same thing, with no news or response from their part.\nThe worst part of it all is the phone calls: they assure you over and over that they will call you back as soon as they can, but then no one ever calls you back. When you call again to see what\u2019s going on, you get the same answer and the same pattern of excuses: the person in charge is still unavailable, or they\u2019re on vacation, or they\u2019re out for lunch or some other reason. It feels like there\u2019s never anyone in charge of the business and that they\u2019re ignoring your requests.\nA tremendous lack of professionalism and an absolute disregard for the customer.
