Mart\u00edn Navaz is responsible for leading this project and has for this purpose different professionals in transversal areas to establish the lines of action, guidelines and common strategies. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2321 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pibgroupiberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/hub-iberia-pib-group-destacada.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"617\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pibgroupiberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/hub-iberia-pib-group-destacada.png 893w, https:\/\/pibgroupiberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/hub-iberia-pib-group-destacada-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/pibgroupiberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/hub-iberia-pib-group-destacada-768x408.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 617px) 100vw, 617px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Its constituent members are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Finance: Gerard Montes &#8211; Chief Financial Officer.<\/strong>  He joined PIB in September 2022. He has led the financial area of companies such as NextLink Group and Mobile World Capital Barcelona. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Resources: Inma Portero &#8211; People &amp; Communication Director.<\/strong>  After his experience as HR Director at Titan and GPO Ingenier\u00eda, he joined the group in February 2023.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal &amp; Compliance: Marisa Fern\u00e1ndez -Chief Legal &amp; Compliance.<\/strong>  He worked at VidaCaixa and Cofidis as Head of Legal Department before joining PIB in October 2023.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IT: Patricio Ilyef &#8211; Chief Information Officer.<\/strong>  He is the latest addition to HUB Iberia, last March, after his last experience as CIO at DAS Spain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integration: Karo Mleczak &#8211; Integration Manager.<\/strong>  He has previous experience in Airbnb developing positions of responsibility within the Operations area.
