This seems to be a novelty, however, <strong>Lexnet<\/strong> has been used since 2004 by other judicial bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Today, what we are going to explain, in addition to the new features that this system introduces, is the <strong>underlying liability<\/strong> between lawyers as a result of sensitive information being sent over the Internet.<\/p>\n<h2>LEXNET Basic Information<\/h2>\n<h3>LEXNET in numbers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It has more than 52,000 users.<\/li>\n<li>It is used in more than 3,500 judicial bodies.<\/li>\n<li>It has enabled the exchange of more than 160,000,000 communications to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>LEXNET functions<\/h3>\n<p>It collects and manages telematically notifications addressed to the lawyer, sending writs and demands to the judicial bodies in proceedings in which it is involved.<\/p>\n<h3>How LEXNET is used<\/h3>\n<p>This is carried out by means of the electronic signature. By inserting the membership card with the current ACA electronic signature, the PIN and the card reader.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3864\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/lexnet-abogado.jpg\" alt=\"Lexnet and cybersecurity\" width=\"950\" height=\"546\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Its progress is parallel to that of Lexnet in other judicial bodies and instances, both by the Ministry of Justice and by the Autonomous Communities. For this reason, the application that lawyers will use will be <strong>\u201cLexnet Advocacy\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>What advantages does LEXNET offer?<\/h2>\n<p>Its benefits are not few:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Save time, save travel<\/li>\n<li>Fundamentally, it modernises the legal profession by reducing the bureaucracy associated with procedures.<\/li>\n<li>It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
