With more than 20 years of experience leading Human Resources, compensation, culture and organisational transformation in companies such as Telef\u00f3nica, Bee Digital and Clear Channel, Yolanda has developed and implemented strategic initiatives in talent planning, labour relations, diversity and inclusion and leadership development.
