    • PIB Group simplifica su modelo de gobierno, reduciendo el n\u00famero de comit\u00e9s y dotando a los nuevos \u00f3rganos de una mayor capacidad de decisi\u00f3n, con el objetivo de agilizar la toma de decisiones y reforzar la participaci\u00f3n de los diferentes mercados y divisiones.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      23<\/strong> de octubre de 2026 -. <\/strong>PIB Group, <\/strong>con presencia en doce pa\u00edses, anuncia una serie de cambios en su estructura de gobierno corporativo que refuerza la posici\u00f3n de PIB Group Iberia dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n global y su participaci\u00f3n directa en los principales \u00f3rganos de decisi\u00f3n del Grupo.<\/p>

      En el marco de esta nueva estructura, Martin Navaz, Presidente y CEO de PIB Group Iberia, forma parte del Supervisory Committee <\/strong>de PIB Group, mientras que Gabriel Cereto, CEO en Espa\u00f1a, pasa a formar parte del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo<\/strong>.<\/p>

      La representaci\u00f3n de Iberia en ambos \u00f3rganos refleja el peso alcanzado por el negocio ib\u00e9rico dentro de PIB Group y permite reforzar su participaci\u00f3n en las decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas que afectan al conjunto de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

      La representaci\u00f3n de PIB Group Iberia en ambos \u00f3rganos de gobierno refleja el peso alcanzado por el negocio ib\u00e9rico dentro del Grupo y su papel como referente en los procesos de fusi\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas adquiridas<\/strong>. Asimismo, consolida la posici\u00f3n de Iberia dentro del proyecto global y refuerza su capacidad para participar activamente en la definici\u00f3n de las prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas del Grupo<\/strong>.<\/p>

      Los cambios organizativos se producen a ra\u00edz de la evoluci\u00f3n del rol de Brendan McManus, CEO de PIB Group desde su fundaci\u00f3n en 2015, que pasa a ocupar el cargo de presidente del comit\u00e9 de direcci\u00f3n global. Desde esta posici\u00f3n, McManus continuar\u00e1 contribuyendo a la direcci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/p>
