When someone offers you a sick leave insurance or an acquaintance tells you that he pays much less for his temporary disability policy, you should check whether he is really protecting your interests in the event that the self-employed person takes a sick leave.

In general, when we have a sick leave insurance we think that everything is covered, but, however, reading the terms and conditions, we would check how this is not so and these issues, apart from others, compromise our subsidy in case of taking the sick leave.
