With this statement, the President of PIB Group Iberia wishes to formally express the quality policy of our entity.
The main objective of the Quality Management System is to guarantee the quality of all the services provided by PIB Group Iberia so that they maximally satisfy our clients' needs and comply with the procedures that we have previously established following decisions by the Management Committee.
Through this quality policy statement, the Management of PIB Group Iberia commits, with the participation of all company personnel, to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our activity, as well as the requirements set by our clients. All of this within a context of commitment to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the quality management system.
The consequences arising from the implementation of the Quality Management System are increased effectiveness and efficiency in the overall operation of the Brokerage (which leads to better service and greater customer satisfaction) as well as a decrease in incidents and potential claims.
The Quality Management System involves the establishment of a series of actions aimed at preventing potential incidents. These actions, accompanied by the necessary team training, contribute to the development of the continuous improvement system.
Achieving the desired level of quality requires the commitment and involvement of the entire human team at PIB Group Iberia through the appropriate application of general and specific procedures, as well as instructions developed for the handling of all aspects related to Quality.
With the company's objective being the improvement of its results (not only economic) by minimising incidents, management sets specific objectives that are evaluated and reviewed annually based on the projected evolution of the social context in which we operate. The organisation therefore commits to providing all the necessary resources, both material and human, for the achievement of these objectives.
