Internal Information System
At PIB Group Iberia, we have an Internal Information System to comply with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report normative infringements and the fight against corruption. Its purpose is to detect possible irregularities within the organisation at an early stage and to adopt preventive measures to prevent their future commission, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.
The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting infringements committed within the entity, protecting them against reprisals, discrimination, and any other form of unfair treatment.
The company also guarantees accessibility to the Internal Information System and protection for the whistleblower through the technological platform integrated into the Internal Information System itself, whose purpose is the carrying out, registration, and conservation of actions that take place as a consequence of the submission of information to which Law 2/2023 is applicable.
