PIB Group Iberia, global insurance broker, is making new strategic appointments to its Advisory Committee and in its territorial trade structure, reinforcing its development and consolidation model in different key areas of the territory.
As part of this reorganisation, Jose Luis Mañero joins the PIB Group Iberia Advisory Board, while Roberto Castillo assumes the Territorial Directorate of Aragon. In addition, the company has decided to unify the Centre and Basque Country under the leadership of Peter Gaspar Schmitt, The EU's role in the commercial development of the two regions is thus extended.
These movements are part of the company's organisational strengthening strategy and its commitment to boosting territorial growth with highly experienced teams and in-depth knowledge of the insurance market.
New Territorial Directorate in Aragon
Jose Luis Mañero, now incorporated into the PIB Group Iberia Advisory Board, The Territorial Directorate of Aragon hands over the baton of the Territorial Directorate to Roberto Castillo. During his time at the head of the region, Mañero has played a key role in the unification and development of the PIB Group Iberia project in the territory, consolidating a leading position in the area.

Unification of the Central and Basque Country areas
Within the framework of the territorial consolidation process of PIB Group Iberia, the company has decided to unify the zones Centre and Basque Country, which will be placed under the management of Peter Gaspar Schmitt.
Schmitt, until now director of the Central area, thus broadens his scope of responsibility as a reference for commercial development in the Basque Country, with the aim of reinforcing coordination between teams and boosting growth opportunities in both areas.
In this context, Rafael Prado leaves the Territorial Management of the Basque Country after a period marked by the consolidation of PIB Group Iberia's project in this important geographical area.
Strengthening the territorial trade structure
