- PIB Group Iberia strengthens its Flexible Remuneration line with the acquisition of Vitaance and the incorporation of Ana Zamora
PIB Group Iberia, the global insurance broker, has announced the acquisition of Vitaance, one of the most advanced employee benefits and wellness technology platforms in the market. The transaction, which is currently pending final approval by the European Commission, will be completed by the end of the year. Directorate General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP), PIB Group Iberia's position in the field of personal protection, flexible compensation and corporate wellness.
As part of the agreement, Ana Zamora, founder and CEO of Vitaance, joins PIB Group Iberia as Director of Flexible Remuneration, The agreement will see the company lead the platform's integration strategy and the development of new solutions focused on the wellbeing and loyalty of talent. This agreement accompanies the recent incorporation of Pablo López as a key figure in the commercial development of the area, contributing his experience in the national territory and reinforcing the capillarity of this line of business.
The integration of Vitaance will generate direct synergies with the area of Employee Benefits, directed by Silvie Cuijpers, The company's mission is to promote a comprehensive compensation, welfare and wellness model that combines insurance advice and cutting-edge technology.
A comprehensive, high-impact wellness platform
Vitaance offers a digital solution that brings together all employee benefits and insurance in a single environment, providing complete flexibility to set up any compensation plan, from flexible pay and social benefits to physical, mental and financial wellness programmes.
The platform uses gamification and behavioural science to foster team engagement and loyalty, while simplifying management for businesses through advanced dashboards and data analytics.
It currently has more than 10,000 active users and expects to close 2025 with a 200% growth compared to the previous year, consolidating its position as one of the most promising insurtechs in the field of corporate benefits.
Its business structure is made up of three complementary companies: the technological platform developer, an insurance brokerage and an underwriting agency. The latter two are in the process of validation by the DGSFP, with a resolution expected in early 2026.
