Aragon innovates to subsidize health insurance
In view of this situation, Aragon has been the first of the Autonomous Communities in our country to recover a measure that greatly favors taxpayers, allowing them to save ten percent of the premium paid, as this amount is deductible from the regional tax liability.
Furthermore, this deduction is applicable both for the insured-taxpayer himself, as well as for his spouse and children, who comply with art. 58 LIRPF; as long as the individual taxpayer’s tax return does not exceed 30,000 euros.
This measure is already applicable since January 2014, thanks to Law 2/2014, of January 23, on Fiscal and Administrative Measures of the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
