ASISA in October 2018 was as the healthcare insurer with the best Customer Service.
This is the 4th year in a row that it has received this recognition.
This award is given every year by Sotto Tempo Advertising with the purpose of promoting a higher quality of service from companies, as well as assisting clients in choosing the companies that will offer them the best service in 15 different sectors.
For us, a more than deserved recognition as it is one of the best value for money companies, and very well valued by our customers.
Why was Asisa chosen?
Asisa obtained a score of 8.97 in relation to all the points studied. However, the average of the insurance companies was 8.18.
Among other issues, it has significantly improved its Customer Service through Social Networks, reaching a score of 9.82. In the same way, we must highlight its:
- 8.99 in e-mail responses
- 8.18 in telephone service

How do you choose the company with the best Customer Service?
This choice is based on mystery shopper techniques plus the opinions of insurance company customers, evaluated by means of satisfaction surveys. This methodology is very appropriate as it combines an “on-site” diagnosis of the company’s service, together with the opinions of the company’s customers.
This study concluded that the customer service provided by ASISA has a rating of 8.66 points out of 10, much higher than the average of the health insurers considered in the study, which was 7.43.
