We are fortunate to have two people in the claims department, with more than 20 years of experience between them.

  2. Assist in the management of the file, ensuring:
    1. Accelerating and shortening response times
    2. Respond to requests from policyholders
  3. To obtain the resolution of the claim as favorable as possible to the client.

  • Home insurance claims: 418
  • Auto policy files: 336 (excluding roadside towing)
  • Number of community insurance claims: 136
  • In SME policies, company policies: 86
  • Claims on trade and business policies: 71
  • Self-employed workers on sick leave insurance: 45
  • Liability Claims: 156
