Creation of the Corporate Development Directorate and new Territorial Director for the Basque Country. PIB Group Iberia, in full growth and development, continues to evolve its operational structure, adapting to the new times. The company announces two new changes, one concerning territorial management responsibility in the Basque Country, and another concerning the creation of a new corporate development directorate focused on managing inorganic growth and strategic alliances. So Fernando Losada will assume the position of Director of Corporate Development as of 01/01/2025, handing over the Territorial Directorate of the Basque Country to Rafael Prado, until now Director of Sare, which is being integrated into PIB Group Iberia.

In charge of designing and implementing strategies to help drive the group's inorganic growth in Spain and establishing alliances with strategic players in other markets in order to develop specific projects with the company.

Rafael Prado
Territorial Director Basque Country

Definition and objective of the post Territorial Director for the Basque Country

Responsible for the business, consolidation and development of PIB Group Iberia in the area by supervising the commercial and operational performance, ensuring the achievement of the area's objectives in line with the corporate vision, as well as the evolution of the companies acquired by the group towards PIB Group Iberia in that market.

He continues to report directly to the Group's General Management in Spain.
