PIB Group Iberia Quality Policy

With this statement, the President of PIB Group Iberia wishes to formally express the quality policy of our company.

The main objective of the Quality Management System is to guarantee the quality of all the services provided by PIB Group Iberia so that they satisfy the needs of our customers to the maximum and are in accordance with the procedures that we have previously given ourselves after having been decided by the Management Committee.

Through this quality policy statement, PIB Group Iberia’s management is committed, with the support of all the company’s staff, to comply with all the legal and regulatory requirements to which our activity is subject, as well as the requirements set by our customers. All this in a context of commitment to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the quality management system.

Consequences derived from the implementation of the Quality Management System are a greater effectiveness and efficiency in the general operation of the Brokerage (which leads to a better service and greater satisfaction of our clients) as well as a reduction of incidents and possible claims.

The Quality Management System involves the establishment of a series of actions aimed at preventing possible incidents. These actions, accompanied by the necessary training of the team, contribute to the development of the continuous improvement system.

Obtaining the desired level of quality requires the commitment and participation of the entire PIB Group Iberia team through the proper application of general and specific procedures, as well as instructions developed for the treatment of all aspects related to Quality.

As the company’s objective is to improve its results (not only economic) by minimizing incidents, the Management sets specific objectives that are assessed and reviewed annually according to the expected evolution of the social context in which we operate. The organization is therefore committed to providing all the resources, both material and human, necessary to achieve these objectives.

With the present declaration the President of CONBENEFITS wants to formally express the quality policy of our entity.
The main objective of the Quality Management System is to guarantee the quality of all the services provided by CONBENEFITS in such a way that they satisfy the needs of our clients as much as possible and are in accordance with the procedures that we have previously given ourselves after having been decided by the Management Committee.

Through this declaration of the quality policy, CONBENEFITS’ Management is committed, with the help of all the company’s personnel, to comply with all the legal and regulatory requirements to which our activity is subject, as well as the requirements of our customers. All this in a context of commitment to continuous improvement of the efficiency of the quality management system.
