The insurance broker has set up a priority service for its customers affected by the storm through the address [email protected].

Since the foundation of the group, PIB Trust, it has been collaborating with the Red Cross to support health tasks.

PIB Group Iberia, the Spanish subsidiary of the English insurance broker, has activated a series of extraordinary measures in order to provide support to all clients affected by the DANA, as well as to the teams and collaborators in the area.

The company has set up a crisis committee and a specialized working group to provide direct support to all affected customers, clarifying their doubts and managing complaints through an exclusive e-mail address [email protected].

Among other measures carried out, through PIB Trust, the group’s foundation, we are collaborating with the Red Cross to support health tasks.
“We would like to express our support to all the people, families and companies affected by the recent cold drop (DANA) in the regions of Valencia, Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia. This phenomenon has caused significant material damage and a profound impact throughout the region, and we want to convey a message of closeness in these difficult times,” explains Martín Navaz, CEO of PIB Group Iberia.

Specific information and preservation of damaged goods among PIB’s tips to speed up processes

In order to provide the most effective service possible, PIB Group recommends that affected customers provide the following information: place of occurrence, identification and NIF of the insured, policy number, damaged goods and estimated valuation together with repair estimates and/or invoices, photographs, possible stoppages of activity, and in general, any information of interest.

They also recommend keeping the damaged goods at the disposal of the loss adjuster whenever possible. The damages derived from this phenomenon are covered by the Insurance Compensation Consortium (CCS) or by the insurance companies according to the legal regulations and the insurance contract.
