The company's growth and success have necessitated a review of its initial structures to respond to current market demands and challenges.
In this respect, PIB Group Iberia introduces to Rafael Manchón as new CBO company and to Patricio Ilyef as CIOO, The new organisational structure of the company will be based on two key changes aimed at increasing agility, efficiency and proximity in the management of the business.
Rafael Manchón, new Chief Broking Officer (CBO) of PIB Group Iberia
Rafael Manchón will be in charge of the technical area, which includes underwriting, underwriting, claims and reinsurance, under the name BROKING. His mission will be to implement and manage PIB Group's broking and risk transfer strategy in the insurance and reinsurance market, both locally and internationally.
He will also coordinate relationships with insurers in a cost-effective manner and provide technical support to both clients and colleagues. On the claims side, you will lead the team's activities across all lines of business, providing internal and external advice.
Patricio Ilyef, new Chief Information and Operations Officer (CIOO)
Patricio will be responsible for defining the technology and operations strategy for Iberia, aligning it with the Group's objectives. He will be the driving force behind the company's digital transformation, driving continuous improvement and digitisation of processes in all brokerages to ensure excellent, consistent and efficient service.
He will also lead the standardisation of indicators, ensure data quality, and ensure compliance with information security and business continuity standards.
