PIB Group has defined the management team that will lead its project in Spain. To this end, depending on Martín Navaz as CEO for Iberia, a Business Management Committee has been created in our country (distinct from the one in Portugal) which, as this Editorial team can reveal, is led by Gabriel Cereto as General Manager (a role he has held for the past year) and Chief Commercial Officer (a new combined responsibility).
Cereto is joined on this Committee by the Operations Directorate (Rafael Manchón, He has been with Confide since 2022 and now heads this area of the group's operations in Spain as Chief Operating Officer) and the Managing Directors.
They are responsible for the geographical areas that have been defined as business unit head offices.
- Oriol Navarro He is Deputy Commercial Officer and also assumes the Territorial Directorate of Catalonia. Since 2022 he was Commercial Director of Confide.
- Sergio Aguirre is appointed Territorial Director for Madrid, Valencia and the Canary Islands. He is a founding partner of Aguirre Vila-Coro.
- Fernando Losada is the new Territorial Director for the Basque Country. He has been a partner of Instituto de Desarrollo Asegurador (Iddeas) since 2018.
- José Luis Mañero is appointed Territorial Director of Aragon. He had been the head of Engloba since 1993.
- José Rial is Territorial Director of Galicia. He has more than 37 years' experience at Campos y Rial, where he was technical director.
