What is certain is that its customer service in this whole process is very good and the telephone service is excellent, although sometimes the waits are longer than desired, when you are passed from one operator to another.

However, the services they provide are not identified with those of a brokerage firm.. As we have been able to verify by calling both of them, they make it very clear:
They only assist in the purchase of insurance. Then the insured deals directly with the insurer. This is the main difference compared to an insurance broker.
Right or Rastreator?

Acierto.com was founded in 2007 as the first insurance comparator in Spain. It defines itself as the independent insurance comparator with more insurers.
Rastreator is an insurance comparator that defines itself as a market leader with more than 45 products and services, more than 11 million unique users and more than 17 million price requests.

Their customer service seemed a little better, although it took them 3 minutes to put us through to an operator; however, when we asked about after-sales service we were told these phrases:
- “We are only mediators”.”
- “Once the policy is taken out, any problems are already with the company”.”
- “We don't do anything anymore”.”
RASTREATOR
They were even clearer about their role:
- “We are simply a comparator”.”
- “When you issue insurance, who you contact is the company”.”
- By mail, we were told: “Rastreator.com is an online comparator and does not intervene as a mediator in the insurance policy, so in the event of any claim, modification of the policy or for the contract itself you have to contact the insurance company you are interested in”.”. This is clearly described in his “Legal Notice”.” on the website, in the “role we play” section.
Is it better to take out my insurance with them or with a broker?
Brokerage, Acierto or Rastreator? To answer this question, it is best for each person to analyse their pros and cons. We are clear about what our added value is in the policies, when they are subscribed with us:
