In this case, we have switched to the Ebroker management program, which will allow us to respond more immediately to our customers, saving time between processes.
Management software
Our fundamental tool is our management software, in which we store the data of all our clients, as well as their policies, claims and receipts, both current and historical. In the end, it is our database and it is essential for us to keep it updated.
Thanks to this change, we will improve all these aspects:
- Connectivity with insurance companies: as an insurance brokerage, we work with more than twenty companies. Therefore, processes that we previously had to perform by entering the web application of each company, we will be able to do from our software, connecting automatically with the companies. That is to say, instead of 5 processes, for us it will now be only 1.
- Better control of policy maturities and receipts: being a much more advanced program, it allows us to introduce alarms that will allow us to receive warnings of certain maturities, to review policies, capitals, … That is, issues in which we could make mistakes before, now the system itself will warn us, to provide a better service to the client, and to have better control over our policies.
- To be able to better segment our client portfolio: by having all the information fields with certain parameters (not free text), we will be able to better differentiate the clients, in order to be able to really attend to their insurance needs.
- Remote access to the application: previously we could only access it from our computers, as it was a local operating system. Now, thanks to its web environment, we can do it together with a customer at home or in his company.

- Improve connectivity with companies, simplifying the relationship with them as much as possible, in such a way that:
- After issuing the policy, we can send the policy to the client immediately, without having to wait for it to arrive by regular mail.
- The communication of the claim to the company can be via web, and not having to call a 902 number, which is more costly and time consuming.
- Simultaneous quotation in several companies, entering the data only once, and not one by one, in each insurance company.

- Improve communication with the client: thanks to the Internet and social networks, the client has multiple channels of communication with the Brokerage, not only a telephone that can communicate at the most inopportune moment. For example: via email, social networks, chats on the web, … you can contact us. As well as requesting quotes from the website itself.
- Improve its visibility on the Internet: either with a new corporate website and its compatibility with the mobile format, the creation of profiles on social networks or improving the positioning on Google. All this with the aim of better showing the added value of a brokerage and making it more accessible to the end customer.
