Transport and dangerous goods insurance in Tarragona

From bad to worse. A disastrous management and a totally hopeless customer service. I had been working with them for a while and the experience so far had been good, but since they changed owners (or name), the service has fallen to absolute rock bottom. It's impossible to manage a insurance company any worse these days. The current situation is bordering on the absurd. The phone service is hopeless: you call and it feels like you are talking to a wall, because they ignore your requests and don't show any signs of life. If you ask for a quote or information about a new insurance policy, they very kindly tell you that they will look into it, but it takes an entire month (or more) and you still get the same thing, with no news or response from their part. The worst part of it all is the phone calls: they assure you over and over that they will call you back as soon as they can, but then no one ever calls you back. When you call again to see what’s going on, you get the same answer and the same pattern of excuses: the person in charge is still unavailable, or they’re on vacation, or they’re out for lunch or some other reason. It feels like there’s never anyone in charge of the business and that they’re ignoring your requests. A tremendous lack of professionalism and an absolute disregard for the customer. It has certainly been a huge disappointment and I don't plan to waste any more time or entrust my policies to them.
