PIB Group Iberia, The new year begins after the holiday period with the reinforcement of its territorial and commercial structure through the appointment of Oriol Navarro as new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of PIB Group Iberia, Roger Huesa as new Territorial Director for Catalonia, y Luis Ballester as new Territorial Director for Levante.
Oriol Navarro assumes the role of a new CCO of the group with the aim of leading a unified strategy that reinforces the company's value proposition in all regions. Navarro has until now served as Territorial Director for Catalonia and Deputy Commercial Director.
Oriol Navarro explain:“Our objective is clear: to continue growing in a coherent and coordinated manner, maintaining proximity with our clients and providing them with first-class insurance solutions. I am convinced that, with the territorial reinforcement we are undertaking, we will be able to accelerate our expansion with a common, clear and effective commercial strategy.”.
Gabriel Cereto, Managing Director of PIB Group Iberia, he explains: “All these moves are accompanied by significant reinforcement of our commercial structures across the country, with the incorporation of highly experienced professionals who are already taking on key positions, such as in this case Oriol Navarro, Roger Huesa and Luis Ballester.”.
Gabriel adds that “Additionally, we have other updates concerning our commercial teams in various regions: the addition of José Olivier as Business Development Manager in the Centro area (Madrid); Juan José Jiménez, has been promoted to Head of Sales Andalusia and Head of the Seville Office; and Nuria Cuñat as Head of the General Services team and Manager of the Valencia office”.
New Territorial Managers in Catalonia and Levante
Roger Huesa joins as the new Territorial Director of Catalonia and has extensive experience in the insurance sector. He will bring new commercial methodologies to drive the growth of PIB Group Iberia in the group's most strategic region.
Huesa has developed his career in leading brokerage firms such as Marsh and Aon, where until now he held the position of Broking Director for Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.
On the other hand, PIB Group Iberia incorporates Luis Ballester as good as new Levante Territorial Director, with the aim of boosting the company's presence in the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia. These are two key areas within the company's expansion plan.
Ballester has held technical and commercial positions at companies such as Winterthur, AXA, and SegurCaixa Adeslas, building a solid track record in the sector.
With these additions and promotions, the commercial direction and territorial structures of Catalonia and Levante are consolidated, two strategic areas for the group due to their significant turnover and the potential they represent respectively.
New additions and promotions
José Olivier is joining the sales team in the central area as Business Development Manager, reporting to the Territorial Director of Madrid, Pedro Gaspar Schmitt. Coming from Aon, he will drive the acquisition of new accounts in the Madrid area.
Juan José Jiménez, promoted Sales Manager for Andalusia and Head of the Seville Office, has extensive experience in the insurance brokerage sector, with over 25 years of experience at Fenix Broker, a Seville-based brokerage that joined PIB Group Iberia in September 2024.
Nuria Cuñat, promoted to Team Leader of SSGG and Head of the Valencia office, has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She joined PIB Group Iberia following the acquisition of Tractio Risk in July 2022.
