Field training for the agricultural insurance department

For this reason, this month we have conducted field training for our entire agricultural insurance team.
During this training, our loss adjusters Dolors Gòdia and Jordi Martín taught managers and technicians everything there is behind a claim. On 12 April we received at our offices in Seròs part of the management team from Agrisurance.
We were visited by Sergio de Andrés, director of production and communication; Félix Novoa, director of the technical area; Almudena Guijarro, head of the studies department and Xavier Joana, territorial director of the Catalunya area.
We received them at our offices and after a short meeting we went to visit some of the fields affected by the frost. During the visit, we shared with them the concerns and comments of our customers about the frost compensation and the management of agricultural claims.
